Our journey began in Dallas, TX and it started with just an idea. Our founder, Deborah Olushina, was in the most stressful year of her life and suffered with stress and anxiety. There are so many life stressors that can be very taxing on the body and the mind. The stress and anxiety caused her to experience random breakouts and blackheads. During this time, Deborah realized the importance of taking care of your body, mind, and soul. This is how Body & Mind Spa came to fruition.
